After much searching for the information I needed to make sure everything would work, I wanted to share my experience converting from FSX to Prepar3d while keeping my add-ons and hardware. I have a full home cockpit and was very worried about Prepar3d compatibility with my hardware and software add-ons, as I did not want my vatsim cockpit experience to change significantly. I am a student pilot and converted this week from FSX to P3D after much deliberation for the past 6 months.
